Inventory of Single family and patio homes is at 2,126 DOWN from a week ago by MINUS -3 . Single Family and Patio Homes Sales DOWN from a week ago at 336 versus 387 PLUS by -51 homes.
Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes is at 179 PLUS from last week by +14 , a total of 1,082 units were sold Year To Date and we are MINUS in sales week over week, 65 sold this week compared to 65 Last week.

Colorado Springs Real Estate Market Update 7 7 2019 – Video Transcript
everybody I know you guys want to know what’s going on in the real estate market here in Colorado Springs in El Paso County stay tuned for minus 3 and single-family and pounding home inventory we are at seven thousand nine hundred and thirteen houses sold year-to-date and currently we are down 51 houses over the week from last week sold we are at three hundred and thirty six clothes sold homes last week in the single-family and Patty homes in the first category we have the zero to two hundred thousand dollar range and we have 56 homes in the inventory right now 14 of those category have sold in the last seven days that’s even week over week from last week but down three hundred and forty-six sales year-to-date to hundreds of three hundred thousand dollar range we have two hundred and seventy five homes in the MLS available right now a hundred and three homes sold last week that’s minus six week over week and – 353 year-to-date in the next category three hundred to four hundred thousand dollar range we have five hundred and five homes available in the MLS and a hundred and twenty five homes sold in the last seven days that’s minus eight week over week but plus three hundred and seventy seven homes sold year-to-date four hundred to five hundred thousand dollar range we have four hundred and thirty homes available in the MLS 49 sold in the last seven days that’s minus eleven week over week in up seventy three homes here today in that 500 to $750,000 category we have five hundred and four active homes on the Pikes Peak MLS that brings us up thirteen week over week and a total of 87 up year over year in sales in that 750 to $1,000,000 category we have two hundred and twelve active homes that’s up three week over week in the inventory and we are down eight year-over-year in homes sold in that million dollar category and above we are at a hundred and fifty four active homes on the pikes peak MLS that brings us up six week over week on the inventory and we are plus 5 on the year-over-year hey guys we are teams Cundy and we are here to help you out with any and all of your real estate needs no matter how small how big your question is whether you’re looking at buying looking at selling or you just are a little ways out from doing either of those things and want to ask some questions of folks give us a call me Brad and Megan are here to help you out have a great day
