Year To Date Sold Homes is at 648 Colorado Springs Real Estate Market Update TeamSecundy RE/MAX Properties  Inc. Statistics January 27th, 2019. Inventory of Single family and patio homes is at 1656 DOWN from a week ago by -28 Single Family and Patio Homes Sales DOWN from a week ago at 250 versus 293 DOWN by -43 homes.

Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes is at 140 Down -2 from last week, a total of 119 units were sold Year To Date
and we are down +7 in sales week over week, 35 sold this week compared to 28 Last week.
