Year To Date Sold Homes is at 1609 Colorado Springs Real Estate Market Update TeamSecundy RE/MAX Properties  Inc. Statistics March 3rd, 2019. Inventory of Single family and patio homes is at 1,491 DOWN from a week ago by -18. Single Family and Patio Homes Sales UP from a week ago at 336 versus 227 UP by +109 homes.

Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes is at 133 EVEN  from last week , a total of 296 units were sold Year To Date
and we are UP in sales week over week,  56 sold this week compared to 32 Last week.
