Year To Date Sold Homes is at 1,558 Colorado Springs Real Estate Market Update TeamSecundy RE/MAX Properties  Inc. Statistics February 20th 2020. Inventory of Single family and patio homes is at 1,134 DOWN from a week ago by MINUS -40. Single Family and Patio Homes Sales are DOWN from a week ago at 239 versus 252 MINUS by -13 single family and patio homes.

Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes is at 112 PLUS +13 from last week, a total of  310 units were sold Year To Date and we are MINUS in sales week over week, 29 this week compared to 36 Last week.
